Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, games, and related services provided by BLAZEDRAGON UNION INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED (collectively, the "Services"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. The Services are not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law.

3. Limited License and Use of the Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful, non-commercial entertainment or informational purposes.

You may not:

• Use the Services in violation of applicable law, platform rules, or another person's rights.
• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Services except as expressly authorized by us.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to derive source code except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Use bots, automation, cheats, exploits, unauthorized software, or other means to interfere with gameplay, advertising, security, or normal operation.
• Introduce malicious code, overload the Services, bypass technical protections, scrape data, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Manipulate ad impressions, clicks, attribution, installs, referrals, rewards, purchases, or analytics.

4. Advertising, Mediation, and Measurement

The Services may be supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob Mediation to request and display ads from Google and participating third-party ad networks, which currently include Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, and Liftoff Monetize (formerly Vungle). Advertising partners may select, deliver, limit, personalize where permitted, and measure advertisements and may detect invalid traffic or fraud.

We also use AppsFlyer for install attribution, campaign measurement, analytics, selected in-app event measurement, and fraud prevention. AppsFlyer may provide attribution results or configured event postbacks to advertising partners with which we have enabled an integration.

Ads and third-party services may be governed by additional terms and privacy policies. An advertisement does not constitute our endorsement of the advertiser or its products. Your privacy choices and the information processed for advertising and attribution are described in our Privacy Policy.

5. App Stores, Devices, and Third-Party Services

Your use of the Services may also be subject to the terms of an app store, operating-system provider, device manufacturer, advertising provider, or other third party. Those third parties are not parties to these Terms and are responsible for their own products and services. To the extent required by the applicable app store's terms, that app store may be a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce the relevant provisions.

6. Virtual Items and Purchases

If a Service offers virtual currency, virtual items, subscriptions, or other digital content, they are licensed, not sold, and have no real-world monetary value except where required by law. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider and are subject to its payment, cancellation, and refund rules. Except as required by law or the applicable store policy, purchases are final and non-refundable.

7. User Content and Conduct

If a Service allows you to submit content, you retain any rights you hold in that content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute the content only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote, and protect the Services. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, gameplay, text, graphics, logos, artwork, audio, video, and other content provided by us, are owned by or licensed to BLAZEDRAGON UNION INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are transferred to you.

9. Updates, Availability, and Termination

We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict all or part of a Service, including features and content, at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or misuse the Services. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLAZEDRAGON UNION INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections and rights available under the law where you reside remain unaffected.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, third-party integrations, or legal requirements. We will post the updated Terms and revise the "Last Updated" date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and us regarding the Services, except where additional terms are expressly presented for a specific Service.
